Michał Filipek
Chief Executive Officer
Michał Filipek is an entrepreneur, innovator, and leader in the realm of emerging technologies who has been developing educational, technological, and business projects on a global scale for years. His work focuses on artificial intelligence (AI), education, innovation, and international expansion.
He is the founder and president of RIIGC (Research & Innovation Institute for Global Challenges) in the USA, an organization dedicated to supporting research and development of technologies that address global challenges. Simultaneously, he heads the EduAI Foundation, a non-profit that promotes AI in education. One of his flagship projects is Source of Wisdom (SoW) – an innovative, AI-driven educational platform that personalizes learning and empowers users to realize their full potential.
In addition to his non-profit endeavors, he is developing Profit Network International LLC, a company that provides advanced loyalty and marketing solutions for businesses in the USA and Europe. His extensive experience includes building startups, developing SaaS products, integrating AI into business operations, and executing international expansion strategies.
Michał is an alumnus of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), where he earned his master’s degree in international business, as well as of Kozminski University, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in management and marketing. He has also studied at the Instituto Superior de Ciências do Trabalho e da Empresa in Lisbon and at The University of Akron in the USA, gaining valuable international academic and business experience.
All his projects are united by the “Good Vibes Only” philosophy, which forms the cornerstone of his organizational culture. This approach emphasizes proactivity, openness to collaboration, the elimination of toxic practices, and a focus on fostering individual growth and potential. His goal is to create breakthrough technologies that enhance the quality of education, life, and business worldwide.
Joanna Piasecka
Development Manager
Joanna Piasecka – a certified manager specializing in change management, organizational transformation, and project management in international structures.
She has over a decade of experience in project execution and team leadership across both the private and public sectors, including roles in the Ministry of Development and the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland. Additionally, she has been actively involved in non-governmental organizations, leading projects within the framework of Poland’s EU Presidency in Estonia, Lithuania, and Ukraine.
Joanna holds a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Computer Science and Management at Wrocław University of Science and Technology, as well as a degree in Economics from the University of Wrocław. She is also a graduate of the Leadership Psychology Academy at Warsaw University of Technology.
She has successfully defined project management standards and implemented a sustainable organizational culture based on engagement and grassroots initiatives. For these achievements, together with her team, she was twice awarded a podium position in the IPMA PMO AWARD competition.
