3. User – any individual whose personal data is processed by the Administrator in connection with the use of the website eduai.foundation

Applicable Data Protection Law – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), the Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018, and future legislation implementing or deviating from the above regulation where permitted.

1. Edu Ai may disclose Users’ personal data at the request of public authorities or other entities authorized by law, particularly when necessary to ensure the security of Edu Ai’s systems, other Users' rights, or to fulfill services provided by Edu Ai.
2. Users are entitled to the following rights regarding their data:

Right to Rectification.
Users can request the correction or supplementation of their personal data if it is incorrect or incomplete.

Right to Access.
Users can request confirmation of whether their personal data is processed and receive a copy of the data.

Right to Erasure.
Users may request the deletion of their data if it is no longer necessary for its original purpose, consent has been withdrawn, or in cases where data was unlawfully processed. This right does not apply to data processed based on legal obligations or for the establishment, defense, or exercise of legal claims.

Right to Restrict Processing.
Users may request a temporary suspension of data processing.

Right to Data Portability.
Users may request to transfer their data to another controller.

Right to Object.
Users can object to data processing based on Edu Ai’s legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes.
3. Users can withdraw their consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the legality of prior data processing.
4. Users can lodge complaints about data processing with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (UODO) in Poland.

1. Edu Ai publishes the current version of the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy in the footer of the Website.
2. This Privacy Policy is effective from November 4, 2024.
